Drone operations are evolving fast, and so are we. Here at DroneSense, we’re constantly working to enhance our platform, creating smoother integrations and adding features that give you the edge. With our latest updates, we’re excited to introduce powerful partnerships with hardware like Skydio, Fotokite, Nightingale, and Vantage Vesper—each designed to bring more ease, efficiency, and capability to your missions. Whether you’re looking to streamline flight logs, gain real-time video insights, or make on-the-go decisions from your phone, these updates have you covered. Let's dive into what’s new and how it can make a real impact on your operations.
1. Skydio: Enhanced Autonomy
DroneSense now supports Skydio drones enabling live streaming into DroneSense OpsHub and flight, aircraft, and pilot logging into DroneSense AirBase.
2. Nightingale: Expanded Flight Logging and Telemetry
We’re expanding our support for Nightingale’s drones by offering flight logging for systems of record using DroneSense AirBase. Moreover, real-time telemetry and video are now fully integrated into OpsHub, offering you situational awareness when it matters most. Whether in routine operations or critical missions, Nightingale and DroneSense provide the data you need to stay informed.
3. Vantage Vesper: BlueUAS MAVLink Integration
We are proud to announce the full support for Vantage Vesper, the first Blue DSR Aircraft integrated with MAVLink on our platform. Enjoy a seamless experience with the familiar UI/UX of DroneSense Pilot application while flying the Vesper drone. All the features you rely on from our mobile applications are at your fingertips! Operators can also control the Vesper using DroneSense Remote, whether from a dedicated launch site or directly from a patrol vehicle, providing flexibility and ease wherever you are.
4. Fotokite: Tethered Drones with Extended Capabilities
DroneSense has extended support to Fotokite, a tethered drone that offers long flight times and easy operation. Fotokite users will now see flight records within our platform, and video will stream directly into OpsHub for mission control. Even though operators fly through Fotokite’s app, DroneSense ensures fast, reliable video feed integration. In addition, with the new OpsHub Mobile app, Fotokite users can access map markers and interact with other drones in the mission, making team collaboration easier than ever.
5. Inspired Flight: BlueUAS, Fully Integrated
You can now operate Inspired Flight drones directly via our Pilot App, capturing all flight logs within OpsHub. Inspired Flight brings Blue UAS capabilities to your fleet, offering secure and confident flight performance in compliance with the highest safety and security standards.
6. Dock 2: Compact Drone Deployment System
Meet Dock 2, a compact yet highly capable drone deployment system that brings intelligent, cloud-based functions to your operations. Whether managing large fleets or single drones, Dock 2 ensures increased officer safety, improved response times, and better mission outcomes with DroneSense Remote.
